Amazing as always! I grew up in Downeast Maine, right on the coast in a fishing village. Lobster fishing is a hard way of life. Kudos to the men and women who get them from the ocean to our tables. And kudos to you for using the split top sushi roll. As far as warm v. cold, mayo v. no mayo, as far as I'm concerned, the best lobster roll is the one you're about to eat.
